CCAAIBWS Hosts PD Session on the Culture of Collaborative Planning

On February 6, 2025, the Central and West Asia & IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS) organized a professional development session titled “The Culture of Collaborative Planning.” The workshop was led by Nazerke Khamitzyky from the International School of Astana, and brought together IB educators to delve into effective practices for fostering a culture of teamwork and shared planning. Held via Zoom, the session emphasized the importance of collective ownership, communication, and alignment in curriculum planning.
