What Happened

The 3rd international Experiential Learning Conference, organized by the Caucasus and Central Asia Association of IB World Schools, chaired by Mr Francesco Banchini, took place on April 12-13-14th. With over 950 participants in attendance, the conference welcomed the honoured guests including Mr Olli-Pekka Heinonen, Director General of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Organization; Mr Kanan Karimzada, Deputy Minister of Science and Education; Mr Tale Heydarov, Founder of the European Azerbaijan School; alongside other prominent figures in the field of education. Themed "Engage. Explore. Excel." this significant event serves as a vital platform for the exchange of rich experiences among local and international education experts, focusing on the development of knowledge exchange, skills development, and networking opportunities. During the three days, participants engaged in over 60 workshop sessions, explored experiential learning insights, and excelled in collaboration throughout the conference with people of 19 different nationalities.
