On Friday, December 5th, CCAAIBWS hosted an enriching professional development session titled “MYP Unit Planning.” The session was expertly facilitated by Gurami Ghonghadze from the European School Tbilisi.

Participants explored effective strategies for designing coherent, concept-driven MYP units that promote inquiry, interdisciplinary thinking, and meaningful learning experiences. They gained practical tools for aligning objectives, assessments, and learning engagements to strengthen unit structure and student understanding. The session provided valuable guidance to support high-quality MYP planning.
