Francesco Banchini, Chairman of CCAAIBWS,had the chance to speak at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University. He met with students, teachers, and future education leaders to talk about a topic — Leadership Intelligence.

During the session, they explored its key dimensions: strategic, relational, cultural, entrepreneurial, reflective, pedagogical and heuristic intelligence. Each of these plays an important role in how we lead, communicate, and work with others. In today’s education system, these intelligences help us grow soft skills, build strong relationships and navigate change with confidence.

The group was engaged, curious and open to discussion.
