International Conference “NIS IB Astana: 15 Years of Inspiring Minds and Transforming Education”

It has been an honour to participate in the International Conference “NIS IB Astana: 15 Years of Inspiring Minds and Transforming Education” held at the Nazarbayev Intellectual School in Astana.

Gathering with inspiring leaders, educators, and IB professionals from across the region reminded me once again of the strength of our community and the shared mission we hold: to transform education and prepare young minds for a global future.

In my presentation, I had the opportunity to share the important work of the Caucasus and Central Asia Association of International Schools (CCAAIS)—reflecting on the progress we have made in building collaboration among IB schools, and looking ahead to our ambitious plans for deeper partnerships and stronger professional networks across the region.

This conference was not only a celebration of 15 years of excellence at NIS IB Astana, but also a powerful statement about what we can achieve when we join forces as educators, visionaries, and changemakers.

I am truly grateful for the warm hospitality and the meaningful conversations, and I look forward to continuing this journey of growth and cooperation together.
