At the IB Onsite Workshop organised by CCAAIBWS and hosted by Invento – The International Uzbek School, participants had the opportunity to engage in a dynamic networking session focused on collaboration, leadership, and the future of IB education.

The workshop brought together educators from 46 institutions across Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Georgia, and other nationalities, creating a diverse and vibrant professional learning environment. In total, 18 workshops were held in a single day, offering a rich programme of learning, reflection, and collaboration.

Mr. Francesco Banchini joined fellow educators, coordinators, and school leaders in meaningful conversations—exchanging insights, exploring innovative practices, and building partnerships that help schools grow stronger together. As Chairperson of CCAAIBWS, he contributed to sessions, supported facilitators, discussed future plans, and met with representatives from various schools during the networking time.

These moments of connection highlight the true spirit of the IB community: learning from each other, supporting each other, and envisioning better outcomes for students around the world.

Thank you to Invento School for creating a space where ideas meet action.
Together, we continue shaping learning that inspires curiosity, agency, and global citizenship.

It is truly inspiring to see educators from different countries gathering with a shared purpose — to learn, to teach, and to strengthen the future of IB education. Diverse voices, united by a commitment to students, continue to shape meaningful change across the region.
