Focus on Internal Assessment in DP Sciences

The Caucasus & Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS) successfully held the
second IB Onsite Workshop at the European School in Tbilisi, Georgia. This collaborative event brought together educators from Georgia, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan to foster a culture of shared learning and growth.

Nubar Mammadova, MYP/DP Chemistry Teacher at the European Azerbaijan School, delivered an impactful session titled
“Focus on Internal Assessment in DP Sciences”. She provided practical insights into guiding students through the Internal Assessment process, emphasizing its role in developing analytical skills and scientific inquiry within the IB framework.
