Innovate • Share • Empower Education Conference, hosted by the International School of Monaco

Francesco Banchini, Chairman of CCAAIBWS, participated in the “Innovate • Share • Empower” Education Conference, hosted by the International School of Monaco, alongside a global network of educators and school leaders focused on the future of learning.

The conference served as a powerful reminder that meaningful progress in education is built on collaboration, creativity, and continuous professional growth.

During his session, “Navigating through the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities towards a Bright Future,” the focus was placed on the realities of school leadership. Through practical scenarios, honest reflection, and open discussion, participants explored how the seven leadership intelligences can support effective decision-making in moments of uncertainty, pressure, and change, as well as during periods of growth and innovation.

For Francesco Banchini, leadership extends beyond frameworks or models. It is rooted in people, context, and the everyday choices leaders make. The most impactful moments of the session emerged through shared experiences and practical thinking—ideas and strategies that participants can take back to their own schools and adapt to their unique leadership journeys.

He expressed his appreciation for the thoughtful questions, the positive energy in the room, and the openness of participants to engage meaningfully. Events such as this reaffirm the importance of leaders coming together to learn, support one another, and grow side by side—strengthening their ability to face challenges and guide their schools toward a positive and hopeful future, together.
