It has already been an inspiring experience to be in Boston for the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC) Leadership Conference 2025. Strong, human-centred leadership is crucial in our quickly evolving world, as demonstrated by the discussions, introspection, and viewpoints exchanged during these initial hours.

Francesco Banchini have facilitated a session called “Navigating through the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities towards a Bright Future” on November 18 at 4:00 PM.

School administrators and aspiring leaders who wish to learn more about how the Leadership Intelligences and Capabilities framework can facilitate meaningful development, practical decision-making, and successful change in their own context should attend this session. He will use the seven intelligences to analyse actual situations and think about how various strategies can guide us through the challenging and occasionally unpredictable realities of school leadership.
