As part of the CCAAIBWS professional development programme, our Chair of the Education Committee, Ms Oxana Akimova, facilitated a workshop on Approaches to Teaching at Tashkent International Talent Academy.

The session offered a practical and reflective space for educators to explore IB approaches to teaching, engage with guidance and sample materials, exchange ideas with colleagues, and consider how these practices can be applied in their own classrooms.

We were especially pleased to see a strong focus on staff well-being, creating a supportive environment for meaningful professional learning and reflection.
