CCAAIBWS International Project Olympiad at EAS
Young Innovators Take the Stage at EAS
Organised by CCAAIBWS, the International Project Olympiad was held on March 12–13, 2026 at the European Azerbaijan School in Baku, bringing together talented primary school students from across the region.
Students from №81 Astana English School from Kazakhstan, Baku School-Lyceum No. 6, Landau School, Azerbaijan British College, and Dünya School gathered to present their ideas, creativity, and problem-solving skills in an inspiring academic environment.
The Olympiad gave young learners the opportunity to turn a simple “What if?” into a meaningful project. Through research, experimentation, and imagination, students showcased their talents across a range of disciplines.
Projects were presented in the following categories:
• Math, Programming, Physics & Chemistry
• Energy, Environment & Engineering
• Robotics, Art & Creative Writing
With skills ranging from mathematical thinking and coding to creative storytelling and design, students demonstrated not only knowledge but also curiosity, collaboration, and confidence.
Beyond the competition, the Olympiad was a valuable learning experience. Students had the chance to present their ideas, learn from their peers, and enjoy the excitement of sharing projects with participants from different schools and countries. The event created a vibrant atmosphere where young innovators could explore their interests and celebrate learning together.
Winners of the Olympiad will receive free participation in the next Global Round Project Olympiad in Italy (June 2026) or the VILIPO Project Olympiad, opening the door to an even larger international stage.
The two-day event was filled with enthusiasm, creativity, and proud moments—reminding us how powerful curiosity and imagination can be when young minds are given the space to explore.
