4th IB Educator Development Programme Begins at EAS
The IB Educator Development Programme, developed by the Caucasus & Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS) and held at the European Azerbaijan School, has officially started, welcoming a new cohort of aspiring educators ready to take the next step in their professional journey.
Designed as a 2-month intensive experience, this programme equips participants with the knowledge, practical skills, and international perspective needed to succeed in today’s IB classrooms. Guided by experienced educators, participants will develop expertise in teaching methodologies, classroom management, and student engagement.
The introduction and welcoming session focused on an overview of the IB framework, the structure of the programme, and the expectations ahead. It also created a valuable space for participants to connect, exchange ideas, and begin building a strong professional network.
Bringing together future educators in a dynamic learning environment, this programme supports the development of confident, capable teachers prepared for international education.
